Happy Monday, friends!
It is the first Monday of a new year! Which means this is the first blog of what has to be a better new year!
With a new year, comes new goals!
I absolutely love a good to-do list and live for an organizational tool that helps keep me sane. Last year, I kept a running list of things that I needed to work on/include/change for this new year. I want to keep up with some things, lose others, and add in some things that I think would be really helpful.
I want to continue with Monday Blog day. I want to continue working with amazing families, like this one.
I want to make sure that you hear the giggles and the belly laughs when you look at your photos. I want to make sure you remember that they fit in your arms. I want to make sure that you see the love for each other, even on the hardest days. I want to make sure that you have these photos to hold on to for generations to come.
This year, I'm going to continue to be your west Texas lifestyle, family photographer. I'm going to be there for your needs, from little to big. I'm going to be there to find those brief moments of joy and laughter. This year, I'm making a commitment to show up for you.
This year's first blog is bringing back the old saying "Family first". This sweet family is a part of my family. Working with them and getting to spend time with my nephews makes any day better. Listening to them talk about their favorite dinosaurs, hearing them roar at each other, watching Monica and Trevor beam with pride at their two, extremely bright, kids, makes me even more excited for this year!
This year, I'll be there for my family, as well as yours.
